Warranty

  • All RSxxxxxx Simulators Systems come with a 1 year limited warranty.

  • Some components will be covered by manufacturers warranty which may extend beyond one year.

  • Customer is required to pay shipping to WRP for any return.

  • No returns after 30 days.

  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all products returned within the first 30 days.

  • If the unit is covered under warranty the shipping charges from WRP to customer will be paid by WRP.

  • Repair time will be quoted after evaluation.

  • If WRP is unable to duplicate failure customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Any return must have a RMA number assigned by WRP.
