Warranty

All RSxxxxxx Simulators Systems come with a 1 year limited warranty.

Some components will be covered by manufacturers warranty which may extend beyond one year.

Customer is required to pay shipping to WRP for any return.

No returns after 30 days.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all products returned within the first 30 days.

If the unit is covered under warranty the shipping charges from WRP to customer will be paid by WRP.

Repair time will be quoted after evaluation.

If WRP is unable to duplicate failure customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Any return must have a RMA number assigned by WRP.
